Hopes and dreams  

We ALL have hopes and dreams and especially during times of new beginnings –  new year, new moon, new relationship, new job…. And if, like me, you believe you are the creator of your own experience, well then, you’ll have your strategy for manifestation. You’ll probably write out your goals and wish happy thoughts – put it out there to the cosmos!

Sadly, despite your best efforts, it doesn’t take long before you realise you are back in that same old rut again, life got busy, someone didn’t comply, it simply wasn’t all that you thought it would be. Whatever the reasons you end up with that same old you. But I ask you – what you?????? Are you preserving some old projection of who you think you are; have you become attached to: “just being me” “being true to myself” or the “warts and all” type psychology. Is that you attracting what you really want in life? This is the problem ~

At times like those, our tendency is to regulate to the lowest acceptable version of ourselves (comfort zone) instead of the highest version we can imagine.

To become the person who deserves success. You have to constantly evolve, and evolution is impossible when you cling to your identity and believe you are the way you are. You have to slaughter that self-image and instead of asking the question “Who am I?” ask the question “Who am I becoming”. Decide who you need to be to be successful and then grow into that new character.

Are you in?

Let’s into the cauldron. that fire of transformation, together.

Let’s find the lowest version of yourself you’re willing to tolerate so we can work on lifting that standard to where you truly want to be. You see if you accept you are the generator of your own experience, then the lowest version of yourself you’re willing to tolerate is who you are right now. Let me help you map your dreams and standards and understand where you are right now.

If you follow the instructions on the How close are you to manifesting your goals? video which will help you to fill in your Lifestyle Chart, you’ll see that the difference between where you are right now and where you intend to be is where the work lies. That is where the stepping up is required.

Now you know where the gaps are, what is the one piece of stepping up you are ready to begin right now?

That’s your starting point, your “right now” intention.

Let me give you an example. When I began this video series at the beginning of the year I had just came out of yet another “spat of addiction” so my intentions when I looked for the one piece of stepping up I was ready to begin right now, was Living free of addictions!

I said the words~

I know there is a version of myself who IS and KNOWS how to BE free of addictions

I checked in to see if I believed it, was resonating with it, and could I feel it at the level of truth, as it simply won’t work unless you have it at the level of belief.

I did, so next I said:


My goal is to be a 10 / 10 knowing that this version of myself as free of addictions exists”

I then went for the feeling, when you do this part, feel it so much you don’t actually have to have it!

Again, check into your body, do you have 10/10 alignment, can you feel that truth in your gut, does it resonate in your heart, if so then and only then you can take your head into the game for the action steps.

If you are not aligning at a 10 then ~

Set intention on lovingly calling the blocks forward so you can lovingly integrate them to wholeness. From that point on it is all about awareness. You have requested that the universe helps you work through this so stay alert. When a feeling comes up, be grateful:

I bless this feeling as it brings me closer to my truth”.

Step into the feeling, intensify it, take it into your body and ask the wisdom of your body to tell you what this is really all about, to give you the detail of what and when, and then release it to the source of all energy and ask your inner self to delete all the data and attached feelings and beliefs surrounding it. Fill up the spaces from where it left with the eternal love of source.

The good news is that as soon as you concentrate on who you are becoming and start to BE this new person, you are no longer your old self, you are already on the road. And I’m not talking about tomorrow, not next week or some other ill-defined moment in the “future”. THAT is happening right now, it started the minute you picked up that colouring pen. The moment you made the decision you start lifting those standards towards the level of your dreams. When you do this, you’ll light a fire within you like nothing you’ve experienced before. I feel a quote coming on –

“Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one’s favour all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamt would have come his way.
