It doesn’t matter what the problem is, whether we need to let go of trauma from the past, motivate you towards a compelling future, help you release old habits, achieve your goals, maintain your well being or work on your relationships I will guide you towards the greatest and grandest expression of you.
One to one support can include psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching and very often is a mixture of the above.
On the first appointment, we’ll allow up to 90 minutes during which you tell your story including your desired outcome from therapy. I’ll explain in more detail how best I can help and how many sessions it might take. We’ll clear up any last-minute practicalities or worries and begin.
Online Sessions work in exactly the same way as the face to face sessions and are ideal for those with young children or living too far away to consider face to face work. Hypnosis can also be arranged remotely, where there’s good Wifi.
