Did you SEE the scene I was describing, the farmhouse, the lemons, get that holiday feeling? Did you feel the texture of the lemon, smell it, taste it, did your mouth water??? Did you experience a general feeling of relaxation?

If you answered yes to any of the above it is likely that you would respond to hypnosis. The bigger your response the more suggestible you are. If you were licking your lips and ready to sit down and enjoy your G&T then you are one of those people who could end up clucking like a duck on the stage under the spell of a hypnotist! If you didn’t experience much at all then that same stage hypnotist would never in a million years get you eating an onion thinking it was an apple!!!

So when you work with someone like me – a hypno-psychotherapist- we figure it out together then I help you plant the idea into the fertile soil of your subconscious mind with the use of hypnosis. We will already be on the same page (nothing to do with lemons, onions, apples or kettles of fish) before we start.

Then believe me I have much more than a swinging fob watch in my treasure chest of tools. In other words even if you are, for example so anxious, you didn’t even feel comfortable enough to close your eyes, or say you feel to busy to listen all the way through, maybe you just can’t ‘see’ things in your mind, we can still work together.
